Santex Public Adjusters has a team of dedicated and hard-working people. Javier, our public adjuster, was a true blessing to us. On January 24, 2023, our home was hit by a tornado, and the insurance company gave me an offer just to say I was under my deductible. Which equals zero money. We had a local contractor try to deal with the insurance company and were not successful with getting any further. We felt hopeless. Luckily, a local resident of Deer Park told me to contact a public adjuster, and I’m glad I did. I came across Santex Public Adjusters and met with Javier L. Santos. He was very knowledgeable of construction and insurance procedures and policy. We signed up with them. Javier and his team came out and found more damage other than just my roof. They got it all approved by the insurance. Now, my home has been fully rehabbed inside and out.
